High School Marketing Internship

Remote

8 Weeks | 15-20 Hours per Week
Shape What Student Support Looks Like

What Is This Opportunity?

At BridgeCare, we’re building tools that actually support students, not just what adults think students need. We’re inviting you to help lead that work.

You’ll join a team that reviews BridgeCare’s outreach materials, app features, and communication strategies. You’ll share honest opinions about what feels authentic, relatable, and helpful (and what doesn’t). It helps shape what we build, how we talk about it, and how it reaches other students. You won’t just give input but also help create content, test new ideas, and influence what gets shared in schools and online. This internship is a chance to make student support more honest, more useful, and more your own.

You’ll help answer questions like:

  • Does this feature seem like something you would use? Why or why not?

  • Is this feature redundant with things you already do? Where are the gaps in coverage from the things you already do?

  • What issues in high school actually matter to you on a day-to-day basis? How can we address that?

We’re not looking for perfect answers. You don't need to have perfect answers but where you come in is in your ability to iterate with us and improve the solution over time. If you’re interested in making things better for students like you and want your perspective to actually shape something real, this is a chance to do that.

What are your Responsibilities?

Alongside sharing feedback, you’ll take on responsibilities that help BridgeCare connect with students and improve how support shows up in their lives. This includes virtual meetings, project work, and creative activities such as testing features, creating content, organizing feedback, and shaping outreach.

Student Voice & Content Contribution
Manage BridgeCare student-to-student relationships on social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. Develop short-form content (videos, posts) that highlights underrepresented student experiences and sparks discussion in the greater community.

Test technology
Try out new features in our app or programs before they launch. Provide feedback on what works, what feels confusing, and what should change.

Research and Analyze Student Insights
Ask your friends or classmates how they’re feeling about stress, motivation, school support, and well-being. Help us stay connected to real student experiences and challenges.

Organize and Present
Work with tools like Google Docs, Slides, and Forms to organize feedback and ideas. Practice structuring your thoughts and presenting them clearly in group meetings.

What You’ll Gain
  • Experience with real product and program development, as well as improving social and public-works-style projects

  • Leadership skills in communication, outreach, and student engagement

  • The ability to contribute tangible improvements to BridgeCare’s app and coaching programs

  • A personalized recommendation letter from certified coaches and staff

  • Proof of Hours Completed for school credit

  • A BridgeCare Internship Certificate

  • Mentorship and networking opportunities

  • The ability to make a difference in what support for students looks like, locally and nationally

You can shape tools that help your generation feel seen, supported, and understood.
