About the Role

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with middle and high school students (grades 7–12), providing evidence-based therapeutic support through a hybrid model that includes both human care and AI-augmented tools. You’ll be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team working to transform access to youth mental health services.



Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health assessments and screenings to determine students’ needs

  • Provide therapeutic interventions using individual and group modalities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and FERPA regulations

  • Develop individualized care plans and progress notes

  • Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and BridgeCare’s AI-powered tools to deliver integrated care

  • Manage behavioral and emotional crises with empathy and professionalism

  • Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision


About You

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field

  • Active and unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in youth-focused therapy, preferably in a school or community setting

  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

  • Experience with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

  • Comfortable working in a tech-enabled and fast-paced environment
